If this happens, just ask someone how to get to North Baker Beach. To reach this spot you can hop on the #38 Geary Outbound Bus followed by a transfer, to the #29 Sunset Bus.Close, to Baker Beach lies Marshalls Beach, known for its appeal to both the lgbtq+Q+ community and naturists.
Ride bus #30 heading North and alight at Golden Gate Bridge Toll Plaza. Although the water is usually on the cold side, the beach gets really busy on hot days due to its proximity to the city. While the northern part is mainly gay, this is also where most of the nudists congregate.
The San Francisco Bay Area has several well-known nude beach options for sun tanning in the buff. Plan for a one hour drive to most of the Marin County Nude Beaches.
South from San Francisco you’ll find two of the best nude beaches in Northern California. Each of these two areas are legal clothing optional designated areas.
First is the Gray Whale Cove North Beach which gets high visitation from all over the peninsula.
