    Glen Maxey, the only out LGBT person to serve in the Texas Legislature, has just released a new book “Head Figure Head: The Search for the Hidden Life of Rick Perry” investigating rumors that Texas governor and Republican presidential hopeful Rick Perry has a history of sexual tryst with men.

  • Signed a Voter ID law found by the courts to be discriminatory, (Source) and vetoed legislation that would make it easier for former inmates to register to vote. Perry described the whispers as "an obvious, orchestrated effort" launched by his political enemies and he described the blog reporting as “a cancer on the political process that is deadly,” the Austin American-Statesman reported.
