The league's first managed to catch the attention of many across the region.

People cannot assign their partner to be part of even buying a house or doing anything together, let alone have a child," Caicedo said. Any such decision also will not impact the PCC final decision until after the full investigation is completed.

National Gay Flag Football League celebrates Pride, growth in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y.

— Representation extends to the gridiron thanks to an NFL-sponsored flag football league.

"When you're on the football field, you're not worried about what they're talking about on the news or what's happening in the government or whatever," said Ryan DiFranco, co-founder of the Buffalo branch of the National Gay Flag Football League.

NGFFL Participant Incident Report Form

NGFFL tournament participants may report incidents that occur during any event at an NGFFL-conducted tournament for possible referral to the NGFFL's Participant Conduct Committee (PCC).

The NGFFL Director of Officials will send a confirmation of receipt of any participant’s incident report filing no later than 24 hours after submission, with the entire NGFFL Board copied.

A PCC decision that allows a participant to continue to participate in the current tournament does not necessarily mean that the incident is closed, and the investigation is over.
